6-point elk hunts

Elk hunt with one Alberta's oldest and best Outfitters. Experience a 10-day elk hunt in the scenic Alberta Rocky Mountains. Hunts are guided by saddle and packhorse. Grosso Outfitting offers elk hunters a chance to get above timber line during the elk rut.

If you want excitement with a good opportunity for an excellent trophy, a 6-point elk hunt may be what you are looking for. A limited amount of hunts are available each year. The elk hunt is a ten-day hunt.

Our experienced guides provide high quality hunting experience. They afford hunters with a good opportunity at a trophy bull elk. Some of of the bulls are called in while some of the trophy elk are spotted and stalked. Every hunter has his or her own personal guide.

Hunters will ride horseback to base camp. Base camp consists of sleeping tents equipped with cots, wood burning stoves, and a drying rack for wet clothes. Grosso Outfitting provides a large cook tent, horse corral and game pole.
